"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth" - 1 John 1v2.Although this is a letter unto Gaius but the truth is that its not only for Gaius. Someone would ask why.. because its written in God's word for us; hence, its also our inheritance. Very much well, this is God's desire for our lives that we prosper in all that we lay our hands upon and likewise be in good health. Many people attribute evil things that happen to them as part of God's way of doing things... NO! the bible says, "...He knows the thoughts He thinks towards us, thoughts of GOOD AND NOT OF EVIL to give us an expected end.
So, I want to ask you today, what is that expected end of yours? Perhaps its in your business, in your academics - I want to assure you, God's plan and thoughts is that you prosper in that thing. And not just prospering alone, but prospering in good health so you can eat the fruit of your labour in good and sound health. So you wont labour in vain or for another. As you set out today, have that at the back of your mind... prosperity and good health are God's divine plans for you. Go and prosper. God bless you.
